HEAVEND STAYS was founded after years of experimenting different ways to get involved in property. Frustrating experiences with letting agents, opaque fees and patchy service gave me the perfect motivation to start a premium, client partnership focused, management business. I have set out to build the company around the strong morals I believe to be valuable in this industry — transparency, accountability, integrity and being genuinely operational.
Our story
I started HEAVEND STAYS because I felt landlords in Edinburgh deserved a better experience.
Too many letting agents overcomplicate things, charge fees that don't make sense, and become difficult to reach when you need them most. I wanted to build something different. A company built on clear communication, fair pricing, and genuine accountability.
Before property, I worked in professional sport and mortgage brokering. Both industries taught me the importance of trust, consistency, and delivering on your word. Those same values are at the heart of how we manage every property today.
What matters most to us is building long-term relationships. Every landlord has different goals, different levels of experience, and a different vision for their property. We take the time to understand what success looks like for you and tailor our approach accordingly.
